Ratio between the number of comments entered in the Review Room and the number of comments which have already been closed (to close a comment, the Technical Reviewer has to agree the answer of the Document Owner AND the Document Owner has to modify the document accordingly).
When the pointer is on a cell, the corresponding percentage appears.
