Issues types
For each comment, you have to select a type :
- Problem means “I disagree, there is a default that you must correct or you should clarify your viewpoint to make this document valid”.
E.g.: wrong statement, wrong hypothesis, etc.
- Suggestion means “I agree but this could be improved, please find my proposal that will allow the reader to better understand what you mean”.
E.g.: Proposal to replace a word with another one more appropriate, proposal to replace a sentence with another one more understandable.
- Correction means “There is a minor problem to be corrected”.
E.g.: Typos or spelling mistakes.
- Question is used to share opinions or questions.
E.g.: A question to check what the author means with a word/sentence (what is you definition of RBT?).
These types are used to measure the quality of the document (refer to the statistics section).
As Document Owner, you have to update the document accordingly and especially to:
- Correct problems or explain in your answer why you disagree with the comment.
- Accept or reject the suggestions made.
- Provide answers to questions.
