Deliverable status
Definition of the status of the deliverables:
- Draft (working): Document owner and contributors are working on the document. The use of the document is generally restricted to the related task.
- Draft: The document has been reviewed and agreed at the task level.
- Draft (under review): The document owner has requested a quality check. Only the quality team works on the document at this level.
- Draft (under approval): The QCO considers the document as acceptable from the quality viewpoint. The technical review is currently under progress -i.e. technical reviewers have to submit their comments.
- Approved: The EP3 Consortium considers that the document respects the acceptance criteria.
- Under acceptance: The PCO has requested the EC acceptance. The acceptance by the European Commission duration is contractually 45 days. The acceptance period starts as soon as the deliverable has been submitted to the European Commission by the EP3 PMO.
- Accepted: The document is accepted by the European Commission.
- Public: Approved or accepted document could be published. A public document is available for consultation.
