Episode 3 Quality Portfolio
The Episode 3 project quality management system is elaborated to speed up the project team member’s work, to allow the EP3 work package managers to make decisions, and to increase the level of quality of deliverables.
Procedures
The life of an EP3 deliverable includes four main periods: the writing, the approval, the acceptance, and the publication. This presentation allows the EP3 team members to identify what to do and how to do it.
This procedure details a specific slot of the validation, approval and acceptance procedure : The quality check during which the quality approver completes a quality checklist that covers look & feel, usability, writing, correctness, and introduction & summary. A graphical representation is included in this check-list to demonstrate the level of satisfaction and possible improvements.
This procedure allows the EP3 team members to create and store agenda and minutes, to inform the participants. This is mainly to ensure that all meetings are registered in order to prepare future cost statements.
