My space
- 'draft' column has a red flag instead of 'Yes' message.
- there is a legend on workspaces about comments types and comments states.
Tracking
- added column 'reviews started' to show the percentage of reviewers who have started.
- integrated an approval burn-down chart and added a screen to set planned values (use of this is limited to the PMO)
- added a system to export site information as tables, on formats as csv, to download or export on fs.
Library
- We can change version number of a library file reviews version numbers are updated, history is updated too. Vernum can be upgraded only.
- Internal document has 'under approval' and 'approved' steps in their lifecycle to be compliant with the review room.

Review room
- From now, the review room can be used when document is with the status "draft".
- The system does not send notification when we import csv review room

Public deliverables
- Added a pdf version file field that replaces file field when doc is published.
- Added a contextual action to get source in library and forbid deliverable publication if it has no pdf version.
- Added library topic content type and view with dynamical settings for user.
Review room
- The EP3 PMO can always see the review room. for the EP3 team members, the review room is now viewable (read only) when the related document has been approved.
My Space & Tracking
- Statistics have been completed with a new metric: the ratio of the closed comments compared to the overal number of comments in a specific review room.
Calendar & news
- For events that lasts during several days, start date is linked to the first day, and end date to the last day (no date other days).
- A suitable print for calendar and month view has been created.
- Added a view that sends a notification to the EP3 communication manager when the news page is older than 5 days.
- the communication manager is now notified when an event is added in the project calendar.
Project directory
- The project directory uses now the same approach as the EP3 glossary (one form for each EP3 team member).
Sharing
- Only the document contributors appear at the sharing-level. Document owners are assigned through the Edit Form/tracking of each deliverable.

Review room
- The workflow has been changed. Reviewers have now to pass comments "in discussion" to "agreed" to close the discussion.
- When a comment is "in discussion", reviewers and document owners could use the notes to record viewpoints and decisions.
- Filters have been improved : They are now active whatever the actions done.
- Add a status message when 'My review is finished' is clicked that tells if mail has been sent
- Added a mailto link towards document owner on review room
- Added confirm message at click on is 'My review is
finished' if comments still in draft, and if confirmed, set them 'open'
- Refresh problems with Internet Explorer have been solved
- Code has been improved to increase the performance of the review room
- The PMO could import comments massively and move comments from a review room to another one.
- When reviewer change status of a review he doesn't own, a box asks for confirmation

- Avoid Internet Explorer css bug when tracking cells are empty
- Added a table of documents under approval to non EC users

- A table dedicated to document owners to facilitate the access to the review room
Notifications
- Added a 'review limit date' field, whose value is displayed in 'doc under review' notification mail
- When all reviews of a reviewer on a document are answered, a mail is automatically send
